you seem to have tightened up a bit, raise more of the hands you play preflop, u should raise like 80% of the hands you play really |

just stop playing when u are playing bad.. poker is ONE LONG GAME, sometimes its +EV to just not play
its the best way, and ask yourself ARE you playing bad during a session and if you feel like you are butching hands or playing crap just stop playing |
