read that. bankroll management and variance guide. towards the middle you will see the equation that the 20 buy-in rule comes from. you may note that there is no variable for frequency with which hands are played, as in, it doesn't matter if you single table or 8 table, your risk of ruin is still high with only 8 buy-ins
just play NL5 up to $200. i know it seems like a drag and people on there are idiots but in the long run you will advance faster and be better off for it. trust me. |

yeah i'm playing NL10 cuz my roll is on UB they don't have NL5 i'm up to 95 and just gonna grind it out fullring against 5 billion people buying in for 5 bucks |
