June is wonderful?

Went to one of my brothers' high school graduation the other day. It was really depressing being back in the Boston area and seeing people I had been doing a pretty good job of wiping from my memory. It was cool hanging out with old friends though even though we really didn't do much. My parents were really happy to see me and it was nice seeing them as I really only get the opportunity every month or so.

My father has been a police officer for I believe 28 years and he's retiring very soon. It's really weird. I'm very proud of him and I've really never been more happy for him. I think it's such a huge accomplishment, raising children. I'm so afraid for the day where I'll have to do it. I think it will be really hard to out-do the care my parents provided for my family. Like Fishburn says in Boyz in the hood: "Any fool with a dick can make a baby, it takes a real man to raise his child." I gotta think of something really great to buy him since he happens to retire on Father's day. Suggestions?

As far as poker goes, I seem to start every month off on a sick heater, then run stagnant or bad, then end on a sick heater, and June is no exception. I have only played like 3.5k hands of ring on PokerStars as I have been playing alot of heads up on Full Tilt and running kind of blah. I've also played a tourney session here or there to replace a cash one with obviously poor results so that is affecting my total hands. I think I'll be getting back into playing 1.5-3k hands of six max or full ring daily however.

This morning I won a pretty sick pot and was put to a pretty tough decision, I think I'm going to post it up without results but if you search my hands you can find it .

Ahh, I need to catch some sun and hit the gym. Hope you are all doing well.

Oh, small sample size but I'll brag anyways:

Unfortunate all the bad beats I've had, or I'd definitely be running better than 18ptbb. Although, I think that if you took out the hands where I get real lucky, 18ptbb probably becomes my sustainable six max winrate.

When people ask: What nationality is this guy raking in all the pots? The answer invariably comes back Poland, Poland. Again and again - Karma

18bb/100 sustainable?

Raising preflop more than 10% is somewhat wild. 5% is average. Less than 3% is passive.
