ok this maybe a bad time but seriously it happens, just take a break and make sure you dont loose anything to tilty/tired plays. Thats the only thing that you regrest later on when you have recovered and running good.

stop playing poker, go run or lift weights or something

Quit playing, calm down then come back for an other session when you feel normal. This is the only way i've found to turn terrible runs into OK sessions.

i dont think i can handle these swings in poker. its like, rebuild slowly over 3 days then boom 15 minutes of setups and suckouts and its all gone. wtf is this bullshit

That is how my session begins -3bi in beginning, then grind out 7Bi in the next 2k hand.

Yeah when this happens to me continuing playing is never the right option. Just take a break for a day or two and hit the tables hard when your over it.

I usually shoot myself in the face. Should give it a try sometimes
