Down 4 buyins in 150 hands.
AK vs AA reraised i hit my king.
Set vs OESD he hits it
JJ AIPF vs 94o, he flops 2pair and wins.
Set under set
-$100 in 150 hands, poker sucks
What do people do when this happens, do i continue playing or what? i feel physically sick to have this many setup/coolers in such a small space of time.

Yea but if you were to win all those hands you would be up like 100
so techinically you are down 200.
ok this maybe a bad time but seriously it happens, just take a break and make sure you dont loose anything to tilty/tired plays. Thats the only thing that you regrest later on when you have recovered and running good.

Quit playing, calm down then come back for an other session when you feel normal. This is the only way i've found to turn terrible runs into OK sessions.
I also look at funny content, seems to relax me faster like:
or
Im gonna install a boxing sack (?) in my garage and see if it does some good to me when im on a major tilt.
Odds are exactly 50%, either happens or it doesnt

now my QQ gets busted by 96o, im stopping playing cos that hand has tilted me~
i dont think i can handle these swings in poker. its like, rebuild slowly over 3 days then boom 15 minutes of setups and suckouts and its all gone. wtf is this bullshit
lol thats nothing Critterer, thats really nothing. Get used to this kind of shit cuz it gets even harder (financially speaking) later.

Yeah when this happens to me continuing playing is never the right option. Just take a break for a day or two and hit the tables hard when your over it.
Diagonals: oh hai guise wats goin on at this table
