I'm trying to earn 5000 by June. Realistic? I have about 1500 atm and play 10/25 and 25/50 sometimes.

With 1500 you shouldn't be touching 5/10 or 25/50 ;

5k by end of june is ez. You have 11more months. LOL. If you meant july i really doubt it unless you run sick good tan it might be possible. You will need at least 75k hand to win 3.5k

I'm hoping it will be a smooth ride. I did mean 11 months because I would like to go to Europe with my sisters next summer ^_^. I'm a beginner at online poker and this is roughly my 5th or 6th try and I'm finally succeeding.

Hehe I was wondering how you were going to touch those limits. Yeah you can definitely do it mate, just post hands and play a tight game and I'm sure LP will help you out.

I remember restarting poker with 15$ on pokerstars at NL 2 in late July 2006, I made around 15k totals since then at the micro/low limits and I don't play a lot and im a normal winning player, nothing special. I ran bad for multiple months at NL 50 too and had a bunch of leaks and didn't move up stakes fast...so 5k sounds pretty ridiculous

My goal has changed since I saw Wobbly_Au's milestone success. I'm aiming for 5k by December now ^_^

I started just like you except I started with a lower amount of money, but last year at july I was at a buck and now im at 16k, so you have to higher your expectations.
