While playing at a fellow friend/poker pla<x>yer's house I dropped around 8 buy ins over the course of one day. Was really rough (sooo many bad beats), but that doesn't discourage me anymore. Been grinding the past few days when I feel up to it and won back everything I lost +$100. BR is now $4500 with rakeback coming in a few days (should be $600-700).

good beats:

1. Fall semester is approaching and only a week and a half before I move back to Tally (that's when I begin 100NL).
2. convinced my other roomate to start playing poker, so we're now rolling 3 deep in our apt.
