I'm breakeven or close to it (up like 2-3 bi) over 25k hands and it sucks. I guess it's even worse for you and that can't be fun.

the biggest stopper of bankrolls increasing is massive/frequent cash outs.

Then you're stuck playing a lower limit and never actually moving up comfortably so you're expected winnings are much lower than they should be.

Maybe spend less money, manage your money outside of poker too. That definitely helps.

sounds like you need a confidence boost to get your level of play back up. my advice is to drop down and feel great killing those guys over 10k hands or something. trying another game is always fun but you mostly need some good winning sessions in a row and thats tough to attain in a new game. good luck.

yea i drink kokanee but more importantly i buy good shit with poker money... i go through all those things about once a week.. keeps my moral boosted through the roof.. im serious, if anyone needs to take a break, do all those things.. ill explain um all for u if u dont understand..

3. Jam out to some Soulja Boy (as much as u can handle)

i think you should start investing or something else in order to motivate yourself. definately take some time off and really ask yourself what you want and what you need to be doing better. take a vacation with some friends, have fun. then come back and really get motivated and start grinding again. just do something to get your mind off of poker for awhile. don't force yourself to play if its not fun and your not motivated.
