GOOD MORNING / EVENING FRIENDS. It has been about a week since my last post, i have / had been suffering from a combo of stomach flu, migraines, sleep deprivation from said flu and migraines, and frustration at being unable to get my 200 Internet br rolling (only got it grinded up to 270 after 5k 6 table 25nl FR hands and blowing 2 cheapo 26$ satellite tokens by bustoing out of the 5k and 15k guaranteed in top 25% respectively.)

So what is someone to do when they are frustrated with life and online poker?

OKOK So let us begin. Today i will introduce phil, my buddy. Phil is your typical knows what poker is like enthusiast who is the ballsy aggro donk - lol- all in casino guy who either loses his initial buyin or triples it up regularily. KAMIKAZE POKER is basically how he plays

So on the way i pass through a hospital area to pick up that fgt phil. I pick him up and we start chatting as i roll past an intersection, wait a few secs and turn right @ a red light. WEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO a police siren flashes in my rear view mirror, i think lol someones fukked until i see the cop is coming after me. LOL IRL BAD BEAT.

I get slapped with a 300$ ticket for "failure to stop at a red light", but hes an idiot and just trying to make his pay, even tho i did stop at the red light, just not the full "required" 3 seconds. whatev FK HIS COUCH. 1 outterd irl, so sick

anyways, we decide to head on down to the cas (games are SICK with random high rolled gamblers sitting down to donate for fun- why donating 500+ dollars a night is fun is beyond me)

buy in for a standard 200 ea @ 1/2 NL and we set to work.

Looking around i see the following casino degens:

1) Internet hotshot wearing ipod + shades - 25+
2) Toothless scraggly homeless looking ethiopian guy who was actually pretty good - 30-90
3) BIGGEST FUCKING NIT EVER OMFG ITS LIKE ALL HIS MOVES EMANATED SHIT HE SAW ON WSOP. Like every move he would move sooo slowly, and he'd put his chips in the middle like a nit, non splash, like he'd put them in in a stack all perfect and such. IRL TILT WHEN I SAW HIM.
4) scrub
5) girl i went to high school with
brag: she had a kid
beat: not with me
beat: she was 19 at the time
beat: she's horrible at poker
variance: her boyfriend was in seat 6
6) Insanely looose boyfriend of seat 6. Nice guy.
7) Phil.

9) Smelly boozehound-ish guy.

I look down @ AQo in MP , pop it up to 15 (had 2 limpers ahead) and get seat 1/2 , and seat 5/6 calling, respectably, hotshot, hobo-negro and wife and hubby .

5 and 6 check to me while they play table footsies, and i check as well, because i actually wasnt paying that much attention.

Turn

Checked to me again and i fire out 35$, everyone folds and i scoop the easiest pot of the night for me. Hotshot thought for about 10 seconds before mucking, and hobo negro flashed his toothless gums at me before mucking as well.

This was an intresting hand for the following reasons:

I gained 60$, as well as a toothless smile and an angry glare from a guy who was nutriding sammy farha quotes.

There was another hand that i wasnt involved in, in which seat 6, super loose pla<x>yer, called a PF bet of 15$ from nit in seat 3, and they both saw a flop.

2 hearts and a club, all low cards. Nit boy checked, and husband guy fired the pot, nit boy instacalls.

turn is a Ah, and nit boy now fires out. Husband goes all in instantly. Nit boy stares at him, doing some failure chip roll and saying....you got aces?

the entire table about falls asleep as this point as he tries to table talk him in for some reason. anyway, he calls and flips the nut flush (wtf) and husband guy mucks his turned straight.

fucking casino folks.

At one point i get AA in the CO and raise to 25 and get 2 callers (huk huk), ethiopian man accidently flashes a 2d (I Saw his other card, a 3d but i wudnt tell him lo lo l`ol `o `lo ) preflop and we see a flop. I hit a set , and check behind the first 2 who check. Turn is meangingless as i fire out 60 bux, nit man calls.

River is a K , and nit man front bets 40$ (..?) i stare at him for a sec, and said. "you got aces?" and raised him to 100.

He folded

It would have been amazing if he had called.

Anyways, donkey phil ends up tripling up after getting AI on a J high flop vs 3 others, and his KJ holds for some reason. He leaves with +300 profit.

I end up bleeding the rest of the night trying to hit cards with stupidly good PF pot odds 10/1 8/1 etc etc , but after the AA and AQ hand im cold for the next 2 hours

nothing really exciting happened to me this time, just hands to other people.

I cash out a small 70$ profit (had a 150 profit but i was chasing the big pot ;/) and head home.

more stories later, im sick and tired
