doesn't make sense, if you're behind with a set in this hand then you don't have "pots odds" because anything you're behind you have 1 out to win the hand.....

and like come on, "fold a set lolz" threads for midstakes players are just annoying

true, there is no such a thing as pot odds u have bottom set, if youa re not good on the flop u are pretty much drawing dead.

lol, 100% agree with thoughts about 2p2. i just read BBV cuz it's funny sometimes, the rest of the forums are pretty worthless.

that hand that you linked to is such a snap call, i don't even start thinking about it for less than 150 bb and almost always put it in for anything less than 2BI. after that point it becomes player dependent, but yeah, fuck those nits.

I read all the shit in High Stakes because sometimes some really good players posts, but the mid stakes forum seems pretty nitty too me.

if you REALLY want to learn some quality poker, be sure and read up on poket5's. those guys are fucking amazing
