One more goal: Cut my body into the best shape ever.

-This goal is in progress for over an 5 months already (i'm exercising every day for about 45 minutes). BUT Following the yesterday prop bet with my friend i'm even more inclined to workout my body in the best shape ever in "no time" for lazyness. Who is going to have bigger biceps in 1-st of June 08 is going to win a bottle of whisky + get together and clubbing without expenzes in looser town (we are not seeing each other for a long time, so its going to be awesome whoever is going to win). But the fact that im now like 1 inch "smaller" and my friend is really in love with his ego iam really motivated to use this in both way and there is no way in my mind to be a looser in this one :D I really wanna see him cry :D

I'm not a newbie in gym anymore, but any good tip is always appreciated. The biggest obstacle is going to be an diet, thats for sure, but there is nothing i can't handle nowadays

The bet is coming in the best time for sure. Im building my home gym for like a month and iam really in love with my new way of living.

What do you have in your home gym?

building muscle mass is all about eating a TON of food.

Ok Taining..

Wake up grab 20-30g protein asap (ie. 6-8 egg whites or a protein shake) also 30-40g slow digesting carbs (ie oatmeal)
Meal 2 - Include some sort of protein / slow digesting carb (sweet potato) and a complex carb
Preworkout 20-30g protein (prevent catabolism) and a slow digesting carb
Postworkout- 40g protein + 60-70g fast digesting carb (this replenishes muscle glycogen levels) so like a bagel or english muffin with jelly is optimal.. this is the only time u should eat a fast digesting carb
Meal 5 - Green Leafy vegetables, brown rice, lean cut of meat (ie. pork, chicken,)
Meal 6 - before you go to sleep if u like Cottage Cheese that is the best choice since it's a casein protein (slow digesting) so while you sleep muscle repairing goes on. If you don't like cottage cheese try and get a casein protein shake... if not drink a regular protein shake before bed.

THis is just a basic outline for lean mass building if you want to gain mass instead of your usual veggies include a baked potato. Lift Heavy~Eat Right

#1: 2 dumbell, max 20Kg each (for now, looking to buy some more in time). 1 bar-bell up to 70Kg. Cross-bar (new feature of my home gym, i love it), gymnastic ball and spring. Im mainly train with my own weight ( when its too easy, i add some more resistance ). My goal is not to gain mass weight as fast as possible, more likely just steadily increasing my results/muscle over time. I have pretty good progress so far, for last 5 months, but sure i'm still looking for improving. My main goal is to feel great and look in shape. Also im more into selfdefence combat (wing tsun). Now i'm 185/80 and aiming for quality 85-90 kg, it should be realistic with no problem if im going to stick my shedule.

#2: Wohoo, don't know if im able to spent so much money, but im going to grab some of your tips for sure. Ty for your effort!!

... omfg

Biceps have almost nothing to do with how in-shape you are. Do full squats and deadlift as much as possible, along with a good ab workout and bench you will notice a huge difference in your physique. After that you can do all the curls you want, just make sure to be doing triceps as well.
