who gives good fr lessons? i'm considering a 2-3 hour session. after moving up to 100nl, i'm up 2buyins over 37k hands :/ this is after running at 4-5ptbb/100 for the better part of two months at 50nl. it could be a running bad/confidence thing, but i've caught myself making a bunch of mistakes lately. maybe i should move down for a bit, too?

Why play FR ?
You play more hands @ 6max.
You are more often in position @ 6max.
Fishes play more hands @ 6max.
Fishes are more often OOP @ 6max.
You play more hands vs fishes @ 6max. --> You earn more money @ 6max if you're good postflop.

Sry I didnt answer your question at all but I think <NL200 games are so soft that you want to play 6max and have a bigger edge.

My 2c.
