Because you suck. England won only one major trophy throughout all these years - World Cup title in 1966, which was held in England. Apart from that you have never been in top three in the World Cup and have never managed to qualify for the European Championships final.
You always have great players, and you're one of the favorites in every tournament you play, yet you never have any success. You suck BIGTIME as a team.
BTW: Poland is in . For the first time in history.

a shame, but maybe that's what needs to happen for your team to realize something needs to change. In terms of raw quality you guys should be in every championship.. and I always liked watching England's games, so it's too bad they missed it

Well English players are soooooooooooooo overrated.
Only Gerard and Rooney can claim to be on top International level!

If you take a look, almost half of the national english team are not even starting players for their club!

They think they are the best because they have lots of money in the Premier league, but the best players in the Premier League are not English )

When I see thant Terry or Lampard earn 200 00£++ a week i understand why the english team sucks. They don't think that they are football players anymore but they think they are stars , movie stars lol

I mean when you fail to qualify in a group where there is teams like Russia, Croatia, Israel, Macedonia and so on, it just shows that you purely suck.
Don't give me wrong Croatia (they proved it in the past already that they can compete at the highest international level) is a strong and technical team but it is not like if it was Italy/Germany/France etc...

So, English people should stop bragging on how good their teams are doing in the CL cuz actually in these teams (ManU, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal...) very very few starting players are english. They should think about changing something in their way to approach football ! Money is something but there isnt only money that makes you succeed!

Look at the French! (i might be a bit biased on this one since im french lol) But honestly, their League is crap compared to the Italian/spanish english ones, but every year all the big clubs come and purchase lots of players from the french league!
French league is weak money speaking and they lack of 2 or 3 more very top team (only Lyon can stand a little chance on the european level) but the way they structured their football federation/clubs allow them to produce very talented players!
