I've become far too emo and moody over poker. I think i've been influenced by emo LP posts about bad beats and variance, and have been using that as too large of an excuse for my own pitfalls. I've realized that i've developed a few leaks that i havent been able to fix on my own, so i have a couple solid 200NL friends to sweat me and tell me what i can fix on vent!
Sat down for another hour today, back to my roots - 25nl FR, and clubbed a bunch of seals for a 4BI payday. Nothing flashy, just hard value betting, and vbetting thinly. Was also able to avoid QQ overpair vs a set, and top 2 vs a set (!). Glad i dodged those.
Attitude is everything, i lost that positive outlook. So now im back on that path, and am going to take everything in stride and refuse to complain ever (unless its from an objective pov!). And if i ever get frustrated, i'll look back at this blog post and let the follow picture mellow me out.
Hopefully more clubbing will occur tommorow! Fellow lpers feel free to use the picture to unstress you as well.

A CONCERNED LP POSTER HAS SENT ME A INTRESTING PM. LET ME REITERATE THAT THE PICTURE IS FROM SEAL CLUBBING IN CANADA, WHICH IS DONE SEASONALLY TO KEEP POPULATION NUMBERS DOWN IN ORDER TO KEEP OVERFEEDING AND BREEDING UNDER CONTROL. IT WILL BE OK. THEY ARENT CLUBBING FOR THE FUN OF IT.
