Well almost, after my epic tilting session where i dropped half my br i decided to drop more today due again to tilty play. Then i registered to some high buy in tournaments where i busted at the 60th place.
I really have some major issues with tilt, maybe cuz i take the game too seriously and get frustrated to get run over by idiots.
Anyway, i have $199.60 on fulltilt and $176.41 on Pokerstars. Never lost so much money in my life in such a short time span, it's painful but i don't give up. I will NEVER give up, i'll keep playing and grind back every penny.
But first i need to lick my wounds and i'll spend the end of november reading poker books and watching every single videos on CR. Come back in shape and hopefully this time i'll be able to reach my second milestone: $10k.
That's all, i think it will be my last entry until next year, hopefully my LP buddies (ggplz, critterer, nutshot) will run good until then and i wish you all the best at the tables... see you in 2k8 !

what u need to do is associate the money in ur BR with things u wanna buy and think about how u can use it for things to improve ur life. like i used to tilt and throw money away n not care cuz it didnt see tangible. but now i think i wanna buy a bowflex, take my gf on vacation, guitar, some other shit and poker is certainly a way to go about accumulating the money for these things. gl bro I blew through like 16 bis at 25nl in a short session a long time ago on stone cold tilt openshoving overything. Now i just don't care about whether i win or lose just how i am playing. Took me a long time but I am mostly over tilt (or i can at least quit if i start).
I think moreso than watching videos and stuff you just need to take a break and come back with a better mentality; as much as you focus on your poker ability focus on emotional control.
sounds like you could better spend your time learning meditation than cardrunner videos |

buy a notebook and write down everything you know about how to play
forget about watching those videos,
come back and play shorter sessions |

after playing nearly 900 sng´s at one level i´m on a 40 buyin downswing which pretty much sucks.
Not sure if tilt was included , i didn´t spew around
well thinking it over i guess there was some tilt included  |
