night_front K9s is not the way to go. Loosen up on the cutoff/button and look to improve your postflop game. I suggest talking to someone who plays higher or making a thread about how to improve your game here on lp.

im pretty much pissed at all the beats/stupid plays/spew ive done in the pas 2-3k hands

I think maybe that is why he wants to quit, the losses hurt too much. Clearly 8 buyins is peanuts, idk i've had spewing retarded -14buyin days and lots of other people have too. If you can't take the beats like a man then I do suggest quit.
