with $800 you should definitely move up to like 25NL

I've been taking shots at 25nl on stars and had a lot of success over a small sample. But I'm gonna test the waters of 10nl at rednines before moving up. I plan to move up quickly though.

your one of the biggest losers in my small sample database at Nl10 .... (though only 200 hands or so of u and u run bad obvoiusly)
cant tell for sure since its small sample size but when we played and from the hands u posted it looked like u have some leaks.
My impression was that u didnt adapt to villians nor did u ever mix up your game.
U played the same tight agressive pattern over and over again.


I think u could work on that and improve a ton by adapting and mixing up more.

Now i told him that he could improve his game from my impression
especially after i ve seen him play some villians contrary to what my notes were on them

and u make that strange comment.

I am NOT saying that he is a bad player or something.
And that he is down on my DB is due to bad luck and small sample size and says nothing about his skill ... ( but i mentioned that cause i am sure he could improve a ton by mixing up his game a bit more)

I also do not say that i think i am a better player than him !
He doesnt have to listen to my newbe advice if he thinks its not true what i say.

Adapting has always been a problem of mine. I try and play a very rule based game because when I try and put my opponent on a hand I invariably try and make absolutely sick calls with 3rd pair. I find it cheaper to play like a bot, although I hope with more experience I'll be able to rely more on my reads. As for leaks, pm me them and I'll try and work on them.

Example, I just got raised by a guy who minrr me pre on a low flop. I thought for a bit and decided he was most likely on 2 overs which missed and that my 99 was good. I ended up allin vs AA. My rule based system would have folded.
