i'm a marginal winner on NL200 and every time i make enough BR for NL400 i go there - it's almost a year i'm going back and forth( been ~10 times on NL400 ), i think i have about 100k hands on NL400 and i always lose money there and i have to go back to NL200...
so... i will start to take poker serously, cause i make a living with it and it would be nice to build my BR instead of just making money only enough for monthly expenses:
1. every day before playing poker i'll visit 2+2/LP.net hand forums for ~1h and i start posting hands there
2. watch one CR vid for a day
3. i will always look through hands after session
4. i will play only on two pokerrooms ( insted of 5 ) and i will keep money only there to see every time for my own eye that i have more than enough to play at NL200
5. i will always put ppl on hand ranges
6. i will play no more than 6 tables
7. shut down everything besides poker and music while playin
8. i will check session results only after session

Seems a bit extreme, I think number 3 4 5 6 7 are the ones you'll actually need... and even then just number 6 7 would probably show quite a big difference? |

yeah u should just get coaching ... play 400nl w/ the coach watching u and he will probly help u pay for the cost of the session w/ the money he wins for u when sweating |
