what the fuck is going on with me srsly i ve made about 10k hands for last 10 days and i just cant get a good winning session im either +5 for the day or i start like -100$ for the day and then i get to 0 ... this is really hurting my self coinfidence i just dont know how to counter this really bad session ... the result is not so bad actually but i m losing all my self coinfidince which sucks is it normal that i have such a long bad run i mean.. 10 days is 1/3 month its pretty long time
Any advice are really really really welcome!

someone corrects me If I'm wrong, but the time span doesn't matter, what matter is the number of hands and 10k hands is a small sample..
I play 10k in 2 days and I have had bad runs of 4 days... |

i know ppl say dont bother but for low limits bonuses really help me. be careful though because it takes 2 days to cashout and switch to another site.
another thing, you might want to try full ring before 50nl (or 100nl). nitting full ring grind can be good. when you get sick of it switch back to 6max. but since nitting 100 tables works so well at low limits and variance is large at 6max , its an idea |

plus its good to switch styles if you´re getting bored of full ring or stressed out at 6max |

i recommend the cd poker bonuses, on 50nl i cleared free $107 in 3500 hand full ring, which covers the $70 or so rake. my bonus is only cashed once per wednesday though |

combination of bad play and running bad can easily put you down 2.5 buyins net over 10k hands |

so actually some people gave me advice in irc with my stats ( i m playing too many hands from sb and my AF is really low and other stuff like that ) which when i think about is true so i tried to change my play today and i did im actually +1$ today ( would've been +2bi if i hand lost 2 or 3 coinflips which sucked real bad but thats poker so its not a big problem
thanks Bai Hui was thinking the same think but i think i ll stick to 6 max since i really hate fullring unless its live game |

I would advise you to switch from 6 max to full ring and back a couple of times.....it always helps me to have the proper mix of tight and loose play.... |
