I've started taking shots and at about the same time got doomswitched. I'm not getting the money in behind often, but it's not paying off. Moving down again because I lost 360 trying it. A lot of money to me atm, about a week of running good at 25nl.
I also lost 100 at 25nl. It just wasn't my day today.

Me neither, and it was 50NL for me too. Just before dinner today I finished up a session at 50NL that put me a hair over $2k. I decided that after dinner I would play until I had another couple of buyins and then take a shot at 100NL.
Cue the -8.5 buyin 50NL session  . 50NL sucks. Or I suck. Probably both. |

you lost 7 buyins before moving back down? I think that's a bad way to do it. When you take a shot you should probably drop back down at 5 buyins at the most. It's a shot, you're not moving up unless it goes well. Not dropping down quickly enough is just gonna slow you down in the long run and maybe even lead you to bustville, population neilly. |
