This session had 2 key hands...

I would like any comments... Thanks.

Another 2 hr short session. I am getting tired at work, and i think i have to be much more disciplined with my play. I want to be in charge of all my decisions and not let emotions take over at the table. I have been reading a lot and trying to make my poker more effective and see the reason to now devote more time to other areas of life while balancing poker.

Hand 1 , given no information but assuming he's a typical 50nl Laggro fish, i wouldn't front lead there and then 4bet AI, it looks way too strong, instead, i would go for the C/R and let him hang himself with AK / JJ / 1010 as he tries to put you on a hand, you'd be able to extract more value that way by letting the aggro guys price themselves in.

Hand 2, given that action on that board, i feel that a vast majority of the time your over card outs are no good, (single a, single k) leaving you to just the naked fd and the gutterball . So you're getting your money in as a 3~:1 at the generally (we can also assume QhX as part of his range which would take some of your outs), however, you can decide to do that to build image so that when you play your sets just like your draws, it'll help you get paid easier. But yea i still wouldnt have too much problem shoving there either

hope that helps

Hand 2 is fine as long as you're the one shoving.
