Hand 1 is a bit spewy but you realized yourself

Hand 3 is difficult imo ... either u are way ahead here or way behind ... giving the action a straight is very likley here.
he check calls flop -> he doesnt protect ( either he has a monster or a drawing hand) -> turn when the straight completes he gives massive action
river he goes all in when straight would be nutz ....
So there is a good chance youre beaten by a straight here.

WIthout a read id probably still call though since he might be an idiot or whatever(K9etc..) and u have a set vs a good or tight player this could be a fold imo.

Hand 5
id call since its only 2 $ and he may have TT here and furthermore u get some infos on hime . U get information with what he checked that turn which could be useful in the future. ( does he check a flush or does his check mean weakness) does his river bet mean weakness or was it to induce a bigger bet from u ?

Hand 12

Flop is an eazy fold ... u cant call a FD for 5$ in a 3 $ pot ....
thats bad play T_T

besides that
