Alright, the electronic poker tables open today at the Montreal casino. There will be 25 tables starting at nl200, i obviously don't have the roll to feel confortable but im sure i can beat it as live should be ez.
Dealers are trying to close these tables because they were not satisfied by the salary the casino want to give them. They would be paid like 16$/hour + tips, wtf ? fucking greedy bastards i hope they fail and the tables will remain opened ! rakeback is 10% capped to 5 bucks THIS IS SO SWEET ! + i'll be able to play much more hands than if it was with a real dealer. I just can't tell how much i love the idea, more hands, less rakeback, no tips, same donks.
Is this a perfect formulae for making ton of cash ? Now the problem is i obviously don't have 6k right now and if i use my personal cash my wife is gonna insta-kill me. So what should i do from now ?

btw 16/hr + tips isn't awesome if you're doing this for a living fulltime considering how much quebec taxes it's residents. For a student or young adult it might seem like heaven to get paid that much but it's really not alot considering all the things you have to pay for when living on your own or even trying to raise a family.
I say you should go play anyways and teach those fish a lesson. With the video screen, I think people will become even more apparent with tells since it will simulate online playing.
Personally I like playing with chips and cards in front of me because that's what playing live is all about with players trying to stare each other down and trying to get tells. Now that everything is on the screen in front of you, it's just like sitting at a LAN and playing. LOL. BTW try to get some COD4 multiplayer going at the tables =p. |
