Do you play FR? I don't know if this helps, but I read that Yugless played a weak-tight style when she first played at nl100 FR and won at a decent rate.

just play a solid TAG style, and if you start to notice anyone doing something particularly strange, make a mental note of it and adjust your play against that player accordingly ie. if they're too aggressive, let them trap themselves etc.
