Well first of all, there has been a major trade in the NBA. Jason Kidd has finally been traded to the Dallas Mavericks. The deal included Devin Harris, Desagana Diop, Devean George, 2 future first round picks...

I am not sure whether I would grade this deal as "A". More likely a B. Now Dirk doesn't have to handle the ball so much, just as Terry has a marquee point guard to slash and run with. Shooting wise does Kidd bring an equal package as Harris to the table, but more rebounding, assists and an unparalleled ability to run the fast break.
Most importantly they could keep Brandon Bass, what they now need is another big man. To bad that they waived DJ Mbenga last season...

Todays session was okay result wise. But to tell you the truth, i ran like SHIT. I outplayed my opponents several times and they chose to steam / tilt and call their gutshots AI on the river and miraculously catch it. Some dude who had position of me flopped the f**king nuts all the friggin' time. KK / AA / QQ all beat by his homeless f*cking range. Everytime I would bust a buy I would end up losing the money won to that retard...

If poker keeps running like that I am considering to take a little break from poker and go for a start-up. For example grinding the NL200 tables for fix/variable costs and thereby establish a business. At low times you can still play a ton of hands and recover / fix leaks in your company. I have got some monies saved and am working at a business plan right now. Solid so far. Doubts started to emerge as the semester went on regarding university/college. Like the majority of poker players or people with a desire to be an entrepreneur/independent I am bad with dealing with authority...

i'm not a fan of the trade, they traded diop when the west just got better in the post. They also traded their PG of the future for 2 yrs max of Jason Kidd. Also this is prolly Jkidds worst season. I liked the mavs the way they were lol

Their frontcourt is fairly weak in the west now, they lose the slashing of harris and will be even more a jump shooting team now.

If stack gets bought out and comes back, I like it. If not, meh.. I don't think they get a lot better

I live in Dallas, and the Mavericks have let me down the hard. Dirk under pressure chokes, maybe Kidd will help.

Trade fell through, Devon George blocked the trade, he has a provision in his contract to do so. Hell yeah. I'd rather not give up half of the team for two guys.
