Its almost exactly two months since i dropped down from nl400 to nl200 to rebuild, relearn and gain confedence. So far its going good, its no amazing results but im happy with the $ i make and i think i play solid poker most of the time just need to step up my aggression some. I think I will be ready for nl400 soon again (BR wise i've always been but i have this feeling its a jinxed level). Heres my results so far (like 10k hands and 1k profit is missing), havent played that many hands theese 2 months but i've noticed shorter sessions with just 6 tables have been good for my game:
Ok so in the last blog i wrote about winning a trip to play some WSOP events in LV this summer. Noiqpoker shipped me $4500 yesterday to book flight + hotel and the rest i get to spend on whatever i want. I will play No-Limit Hold'em Event 49 $1500 and No-Limit Hold'em Event 52 $1500 and will be in Vegas june 26th - july 4th i believe.
If anyone got tips on good hotels/casinos i would be very happy since i kinda have no clue (and other general tips would be great). I would like to stay in a nice casino that runs a good $1/2 NL game: Bellagio, the wynn, ceasars palace others? Also it seems hotel costs are pretty expensive and i guess it would cut the costs in half to be two so if someone is in the same situation as me and looking for a pokergeek roomie you can always send me a PM and we can discuss it. Im trying to bring some IRL-friend but no one is very into poker and its a kinda expensive trip so its hard Why cant i have more degen friends!
Oh well cya there!

The wynn is the way to go! They also have discounts for pokerplayers if you play enough in their cardroom. You should talk to cosmo, hes like the wynn ambassador #1 |

i was just in vegas last month, the wynn doesnt have discounts for poker players but the Venetian does ( connected to the wynn ) It's like 150$/night with the poker player discount at the Venetian. Apparently you have to play 6/hours a day but I hear you can get around that pretty easily.
I could be wrong about the Wynn though because when I was there, I asked the lobby + some people in the Casino and they said no. I didn't ask the poker room specifically. |

oh yeah youre right. Its the venetian. Getting around the 6 hours a day is sick easy though, you just swipe a card twice a day. Also, you will be playing alot at the wynn just cause their cardroom owns. |
