Hey guys, I don't have PT so I can't brag with a graphic but here are my stats on Hold'em indicator (which I get for free, not as good as PT but does a bit of what PAHUD does and a bit of stats keeping).
Hands: 455
VPIP: 36
PFR: 14
AF: 4.6
WSD: 11%
WSDW: 65%
Balance: +154$
Basically turned the 50$ instant bankroll on UB with a bit of a degen strategy (played way over my limit, 25/50NL) into 204$. Played a bit looser than I usually do, blaming it on my transition from FR to 6max, really loving the fact that there are more 6 handed tables on UB than where I used to play (PP and IPN). In other news, went for the daily 32k MTT on FTP, beat most pros in ranking but still placed out of the money. Very poor ROI on mTTs but thats to be expected, I play for the experience and the challenge more. I think UB is where I'm settling. The software tilts the fuck out of me but hell, the games are incredibly soft for online poker and players "respect" your bets a bit more (less chasers hitting trips and flushes on rivers).

Only if you're ready to bet on the child's sex.

I suggest you to start practicing bankroll management. This time you got lucky next time you'll go bust. |

Problem is, I don't want to play the micros. Way too many donks that "get lucky". I know if I play solid I end up winning but it takes a couple thousand hands to get 1/4 of what I've made so far. Plus, I'm not a bad player at all, I've played hold'em for fun for the past 2 years and with real money for about a month or two and I learn at an astounding rate The 25/50NL seems way less random. Yes the downswings hit my BR more but if I had a graph to show you'd see I did get bad beats and wasn't running this hot (not that many good hands pf), just played a bit looser than I normally would, read my opponents well, (Yeah I've gotten quite better at reading players vs my last blog post, I think I got the basics down), lost some big 20-30$ pots (which is huge with my current BR) but still left the tables with decent profit on most of my sessions. I know it's degen as hell but theres no way I'm griding a full month for a measly 100$. I'm telling you, UB is SOFT as hell, I feel like I'm playing live lol. |

I mean, you're probably right, in 90% of the cases good BR management > degen strat playing over my limit but I guess I'm in that 10% now, plus, from this level I will in fact manage my BR in a standard way (20BI or so), I just felt like skipping the hours of painful micro play. |

you just ran good that's why there were no "chasers". trust me. without br management and a solid long term plan of approaching your goals, next thing you see yourself sitting out, busto over your set vs aa that hit a third ace at the river at 200nl. |

Dude ... why do you have to be acting like this? I agree that I'm being a degen, but right now it's rolling good so I'm sticking with it. I know the risks. You don't need to like look down on me like I'm an idiot. I dont know this neilly but I guess he was running good and went busto at limits that were way over his BR like I'm doing.
Hopefully I'll prove you wrong I know there ain't no shortcuts but hell, I'd rather be playing 25/50NL when im running sick good and move down during my downswings hehe |

by the way i'll be kind and let you know that there is no such thing as the 90-10. it can take you one day, one moth or one year.. but you eventually finish up like every other person who was in a hurry to play higher stakes and play out of his bankroll. bust.
thats just how it works. you aren't special. |
