I arrived yesterday from a trip to Belo Horizonte, Brazil. I went there to visit my nephew, who is 5 months old now and of course get to know a bit of the city.
First day sucked. Our plane had connections, and the woman from desk service made a huge mistake by sending forgeting to mark "connection" on our luggage tickets. So the bags and etc stopped in the conection city, instead of heading to Belo HOrizonte. There were three bags, we received two on the 2nd day, and one on the third day. It sucked because we spent four days there, so most of it without our bags.
Anyway, we survived because we were at my sister's house, so we didn't need to buy new stuff. (ach I just lost a HU because I completely and suddenly felt like no playing and just did a lot of stupid plays in a row to quit fast).
There was this guy named Fabiano who was really cool. He works for my brother-in-law and did him this favour of showing us the city. He was like a tourist guide, showing places and telling histories about the city, how it grew up so fast and etc.
He drove us to one of the highest point of the city, we could see everything from there. You can see the pic of the view here:

Not that beautiful if you are too much into 'nature' stuff, but it's a powerful view, it was nice seeing the sun (behind the clouds ) go down and watching the lights turning on everywhere.
I also got to watch a football match of our 1st division, Cruzeiro vs Botafogo, in one of the biggest stadiums of Brazil, Mineirao. It was really cool, it's very different from watching home. They are singing and cursing the referee the whole time.
I like football a lot but don't watch many games in the stadium because the team of my city doesn't even play ANY national level game. It sucks so much that it can't qualify for the 3rd division. Disgusting.
I'll stop this post here and come back later, have work to do.
