Things to improve:
1. PFR - at least half of the VPIP
2. Cbets - 50% of the time
3. Open up in position
4. Do NOT stack off = fold overpairs
5. Do NOT call too much = raise or fold
6. Try NOT to hang myself ( =) )

sorry.
you shouldnt be saying you're going to cbet 50% of the time, it's situation dependant. ALL of poker has an 'unless' factor, theres never a right move everytime. just focus on adapting to certain situations and players and you will excel |

...rather than trying to force the numbers to come out right, you could just play each and every hand well. then the numbers will sort themselves out.
just post any and all hands where you aren't sure of exactly what you are doing, then analyze it yourself using poker theory ( pot odds, flop texture and hand ranges for example ), or get someone who knows poker already to look over them. |

You probably stack off way too often with tptk and overpairs like i do, but thats not to say there arent situations were you shouldnt stack off |

I'm on an 8 buyin downswing at 25nl due to this very thing.
