Today i toke my 3rd shot to NL100. I play solid poker, dont tilt, but somehow, i always get smashed. I crush NL50 @ 9BB/100, but somehow, i just cant win on NL100. I get coolered, bad beated all day. 2 days @ NL50 recovering, 1 day taking a shot, 2 days recovering, and it goes on and on and on.

Do you guys have any specific advice on moving up? Is there something i just dont recognize on NL100? I dont feel i play bad, PT shows i dont play bad, yet i lose.

I think i have some huge leaks in my game, which i dont aware of. This can be one explanation. Therefore, im thinking about getting a coach. Does it worth it? If so, who would be a good coach in my case? For how much? I'm absolutely clueless about this coaching thing, any advice is appreciated.

I include the pt stats, if anyone can post any advice, i will be really grateful!

Thx guys, gl all!

how many hands did u play at NL100? if ur just getting coolered and bad beats all day
then luck should turn in your favor soon enough and you'll probably be winning

if it's coolers and bad beats you are playing fine.

money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

Try to 3 bet more in position with more suited connectors and mid pairs.

yeh 17/13 seems nitty for shot taking
i suggest 26/20 when taking shots

My girlfriend started blowing me and then she stopped, I went on tilt and donkey punched her.

Why KQo is that big of a loser for you ?

Odds are exactly 50%, either happens or it doesnt

Probably landing top pair with KQ and refusing to believe he is outkicked so often, chasing straights, or running into small sets. Play those hands only from the button/CO for awhile and give your opponents credit for having a hand next time they 3bet you with K high on the board and watch what happens.

one of the KQo losers was my fault, AK vs KQ, and i overplayed it. other one: rivered trips vs flopped top pair. another one: turned 2pair vs top. the others were probably my fault too. i tend to overplay KQ, which sucks, and have to fix it.

i have to loosen up, ok. 26/20 seems too loose fro me, 22/20 will do i guess. any positional advices?

3bet more: thats probably a big leak, i just cant get myself to 3bet. what hands should i 3bet vs the standard 20/18, 17/15 guys?

watch what happens? you get run over? cause you're folding the top end of your range all the time?

if you really are just losing all the time because of running bad then you don't need a coach, just need to put more hands in. one thing i do suggest when moving up, though, is playing fewer tables and really trying to pay attention to the players as the player pool will be different and you'll be readfree a lot of the time when you're just moving up so you wanna really try and build some reads on the players before trying to 89789789 table. i would also advise playing somewhat looser, 16/13 in 6max is definitely too tight, you will certainly be missing out on some +EV spots preflop if you are folding that many hands, furthermore playing so tight you probably won't be paid off by the regulars very often when they see how you're playing.

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope
