10 days of Crypto 2/5, 1/2 6max, some .5/1 HU:
13 days of 2/4, 3/6 6max and 1/2 + .5/1 HU:
Been running veeeeeeeery well at 2/4, but I'm down at 3/6 (one buyin over a tiny sample :D) as a result of running QQ into AA, KK and JJ (that rivers a set zomg life tilt) and stuff like that. Pokertracker has me at 60% won at showdown, I think that's somewhat of a heater..
Gonna try to play more hands next month (it's actually not as lazy of a month as it looks like, I play 3-4 tables only nowadays , pulled more than one all nighter this month), especially HU. Would like to be able to take a few 5/10 shots over the summer (I want 50+ buyins before I try my hands on 5/10 I think, been going with 30+ since 2/5 but I feel 5/10 swings might affect me more).
Feel like I've been making some progress, in handreading, thinking correctly (or less incorrectly) in spots I used to not think through. Still need to work on some stuff (who doesnt) but still, I'm happy.
Oh and huge thanks to Day[9] for teaching me how to not spew money from patience tilt at HU ^_^

Btw how do people feel about flatting his open here? I'm not sure, I like it cause I sort of want to play AK vs a bigger stack but meh, nobody was very aggressive (I think the semi-big stack was more cally than raisy) at this table IIRC. I guess call and hope the other shortstack shoves so I can stack two donks with one hand..
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/455952 - How do people feel about cbetting this flop? I was gonna just c/give up here but turn came too perfect not to bluff yea? I'm not sure if I should be following through on the river here.

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated. | |
