So I sent an e-mail to FTP asking them why the hell I can't transfer any money. Turns out it has absolutely NOTHING to do with being a brand new member or having never deposited. The reason was simply that my personal details were not complete and they needed me to send them a photo ID to prove my identity. W-O-W! Thanks for telling me earlier FTP. Assholes.

even tho a long long time ago I made transfers without having to prove my identity before I ever cashed out on ftp
maybe it's some relatively new rule
