down 3 buy-ins at .25/.50 is not monkey tilt. If you really think it is, you should be padding your roll(making it bigger) as much as you can so that when you do have those kind of swings, you can look at it as just another 3 buy-in downswing and not $150.

I really don't know the relativity of 3 buy-ins to your overall bankroll, so only truth in calling a 3 buy-in loss "monkey tilt' at nl50 is if you had a $300 roll

it doesn't really sound that bad seeing that hand. i mean if stupid fucktards are going to play Q3o and then try to bluff and represent a flush and then get hella lucky on riv... nothing you can do about that. you played it right. Just play your game, it will come around. im playing with a 30BI roll... but the 150 still effects me....

i recommend 35-38 buy-in roll for NL$50 shots
