So i recently hit a wall and it sucked.
This is the third fuckin time i've tried to post this so i'm not going to type a big long story blah blah bs like my first 2 attempts at posting.
oh wait i'm a tard, blah my fault blah blah blah.
shit head.
i'm really mad at myself.
I want to go workout but i've spent like 45 minutes on writing and then deleting my posts.
FUCKIN SHIT!!!!!

Is 9 buy in's in 3500 hands bad, average, good, great??? I'm not sure...
In other poker news: I played a live game on friday w/ coworkers. Have played free poker tournaments at a bar w/ them before so i know they suck. Unfortunately i played 5 hours to go 1/1 in showdown and won like 4 pots w/o showdown... I had AKs and played standard raise and got minraised from my assitant manager who i know is a call raise aggro donk so i call and catch tptk on flop of K J 9 w/ 2 spades. I raise pot, he reraises, i reraise, he calls, turn is 3 spades... i check, he bets 1/2 pot, i think, i call. Riv is a Q and by this point i go on tilt b/c my aggressiveness can't push this donk out of the hand pf or on flop...so i fold here. This brought me down to like 15 bucks...i bought in w/ 40... I got back up to 35 after winning my one showdown... KQ, gets raised by the guy b4 me, i call, get a couple other calls... flop is K 10 2... he checks, i bet 1/2 pot, 2 calls behind me including him... turn brings some pointless card... he checks, i go all in for like $8...1 guy folds and he calls me, he had what i had him on, KJ.... got up to about 35, then some guys left and we had 5 ppl and i went to town on them and got up to $48, then i go to whataburger at 4 am and blow it on a chicken sandwich.

Annnyway that got me to thinking. I started raping when we were at 5 plyrs. Is it the same on 6max tables??? Need some opinions i play on 9 max tables...
AND all you non-Americans thinking about moving to America??? Don't move to the 49 shitty states in the union...move to Texas.

what's the main limit that you play on? You seem to be all over the place.
3500 hands is nothing as a sample so don't worry about your monetary results. just keep playing and concentrate on playing as well as you can |

I play .02/.05...i was on 10nl 12 tabling it but i don't think i'm ready so i went back down to 5nl...the br is up to 260ish. i think i am going to wait until i am at about 300 or 325 b4 i play 10nl again... |

You're 12 tabling NL10 not long after moving up to it? I'm actually playing NL5 too at the moment and my plan is to take shots at NL10 when I reach 250 (about 210 atm) and playing like 2 tables to begin with and then 4 when I'm used to it.
I read your previous blog post and depending on your goals, you might want to work on your game instead of just mindlessly grinding it out, especially if you plan to keep moving up in limits. 6 tables at the max would be good for this, 4 preferably during the beginning. That's what I'm doing anyways, 6 tabling at NL5 and working on my poker understanding (mostly putting people on hand ranges atm given their lines and stats).
Of course, playing really tight at these low levels which are infested with donks and grinding out the monies is fine so whatever works for you, glgl |

It's a big jump from NL5 to NL10 (at least for FR it is). Position matters a lot more, and you can't get away as much with limping. It also depends on what time you play, though. Evening in Asia is a terrible time to play. A lot of nits. Very difficult to make money.
I don't think there's anything as cute as a wombat anywhere. |
