So I am going off to college next year and just purchased a
MAC, was wondering if anyone plays stars on their mac and if the beta thing actually works well off the stars website?

Yeah, the beta software is great... the only downside is PTDB and HUD do not run on macs. Pokerstars and FTP's mac client are great. |

Yes it works just like the windows version. Only thing is it doesn't support custom themes. Plus you can't use PT or PAHUD in Mac OS. I just run Windows XP in Parallels (virtualization) and play with the Windows Stars with PT3 HUD. But since you don't use it just play in Mac OS.
Oh and btw it's Mac not MAC. |
