so where to start.. i suppose an introduction is in order. i've been playing poker on and off since 04/05 or so.. used to be really into it in university and had several friends who went on to some major success
as for me, i stuck with school, graduated and have a happy job. I still take an interest in poker despite a lack of time to really study the game.
I play a mix of live/online, a range of cash and tourneys. I live in London so theres a pretty good mix of live games going on. My highest limits were 600NL but i've always tended to play out of my bankroll and have a predilection for using the online casino. As could be expected variance > my bankroll so I have gone busto to robusto and back again several times. I blame this on several character deficiencies such as boredom/lack of patience/not taking BRM seriously. So i've set myself a challenge
- i've deposited $500 on cake and gotten the sign up bonus.
- I've purchased a membership to deucescracked and bought a copy of HoldEmManager
I intend to become a regular style grinder playing 1/2 tables at a time of 25NL and the occasional MTT, STT. I'd like to become a more regular contributer to forums/discussions of hands and strategy. I've had the opportunity to do a lot of self introspection but have generally suffered from not having someone to discuss hands with in the aftermath.
Thanks for reading!

well good luck geezer, 1/2 tables at a time is enough when you first start to get a grasp of how to play but i think playing 3/4 tables would b better, playing more hands in a shorter time and learn the game quicker. but i suppose if your only comfortable with playing 1 or 2 tables stick with that for now.

I hope you meant to write 12 tables at a time and that slash was a misclick.
