I suggest anybody who gets on tilt easily to work out. Personally speaking, i've been getting pissed off alot about real life shit(i usually don't get too tilted from poker) and i find when i work out until i'm exhausted it completely drains my tilt and i feel better about everything/more relaxed. A lot of you probably already know this, but for those of you who haven't done it, do it. I'm sure it'll save you monies from tilting it off.

anyways that video actually took me off tilt a little bit, but still gonna go work out.

i actually do crunches squats and stretches after every hour or two of poker. Purely for health reasons tho, because the hardest part of tilt is to quit while youre losing. Once youre off computer just about anything can get you back in mental shape imo. |

On a serious note: i heard working out or doing something exhausting when you're tilted (irl or for poker) is bad to control your anger. When you're angry, you want to control it and not explode in the face of people, therefore you should train your mental and tilt control not find a placebo that might not be available if you actually can't work out when the steam is at the maximum.

Well this is pretty common sense, however keeping your anger in is a sure fire way to get ulcers and other stress related crap^^ |
