Here's another disgusting move Johnny boy is making (and hypocritical considering that he promised a "clean" campaign). He's accusing obama of ditching wounded troops on his trip to Germany. What happened is that the Pentagon told Obama he couldn't visit with any of his current staff since they were his campaign staff and not his senate staff, and they didn't want a political thing to come of it. Obama canceled the trip to avoid making it a political thing and since he wasn't prepared for it anymore. But Mccain claims he only did it cause he couldn't bring cameras in, even though Obama never planned on bringing camera's in. It's just another example of McCain's willingness to twist anything to create a reason to launch a negative campaign against Obama. And if you watch Fox's coverage of it, you'll see that they are trying to help spread the lie.
Don't throw stones when you live in a glass house:

And a little more on the McCain Ad that they're talking about:

Cmon man, I already posted about that in a previous thread. It's just the standard republican scare tactic of painting the democrat as a "tax and spend" liberal. Do some research and you'll see that the VAST majority of people in the USA will get a tax cut under Obama, and most will get a bigger tax cut from Obama than they will from McCain. So when you post shit like that in my blog, especially after I've already blogged about tax rates and backed up my point, you look really stupid. Well, to me at least. |

I know cody but I forgive you =)
We already talked about it before - fox news is entertaining at times, especially if you watch it not expecting a balanced perspective.
My only beef with fox news is that they constantly tell us that they're "fair and balanced" and "we report, you decide" and all that shit, but they're clearly not. They're pro right wing, and spout republican talking points. It's fine - when I watch liberal sources I expect them to be biased on that side, but the difference is that they admit to being liberal and biased, while fox is clearly right wing and biased and tries to say they're not.
The funny trick they use is to always have a democrat present to debate the "other side" but the democrats they use are weak idiots, who don't even know the facts for the other side. I watch the democrats on fox and I wanna vote republican, hehe. I gotta go other places to find smart democrats with balls. |

i actually own a controlling share of fox news and it is an enormous level. i hadn't wanted to reveal it until now, but the shear number of team liquid/lp.net anti-fox threads has forced my hand. |
