Does anyone feel like educating me about range balancing.I am pretty much clueless about that term of poker and i cant really discipline myself without balancing my range.I d appriciate it if someone helps me -> write in comments below or pm me

open raise 100% on button and ull be fine 25 and 50nl are full of nits and bad players |

balancing ranges makes you harder to exploit in though games where smart opponents are adapting you you.
think off all the different moves you make in poker:
3betting preflop
cbetting
check-raise turn.
overbet river
etc
for each of these moves that you use in your game, you make sure you do it with some % of bluffs, some % of marginal hand and some % of nut-type hands. So from your opponents perspective when you do a certain move, you could have a wide range, and they can't read you. I hear daut thinks 25% bluffs is a good amount, i'm not sure on the others. |
