first time in my life this has happened
my eyes are tired every time i stare at the pc. even when i just woke up from resting
anyone suggestions?

make sure your not playing in the dark. tv helps so you can take your eyes off the monitors every now and then |

meh honestly i have no clue what i should do
i can't really live without pc, reading, tv, etc or the stuff that hurts eyes i think
i dont play in the dark
i dont know how campin works.. lol
i was hoping to actually see an answer in terms of medicine... like anyone had this prob before and saw a doctor about it? |

Get regular rest, don't focus on something like the computer for the next few days imo.
Weird sleep times + extended hours with strain on your eyes can be problematic, obv it isn't healthy. I would talk to a doctor about this at the very least, better safe than have something happen to your vision, man. |

stay in bed and get a lot of sleep/rest
come back after 1-2 days
or 1 day with drastically reduced usage
also i think really splashing my eyes with water helped a bit too |

mr yang my eyes get tired too. after like 2hrs of poker
i saw an optometrist to get a general check up anyway and it was because my eyes focus slightly too close after a while, and everything gets a little blurry. and i have great eye sight short distance and long distance usually. she said there was a small prescription i could get for glasses that would probably help, so im gonna try and get them some time and see if it helps. |
