He is far far far far far away from owning company. he's assistant manager in charge of the night shift. Theres 4 levels of management + 2 owners above him that i know of. i work for Lender Processing services, a division of Fidelity.

All he does is myspace and facebook while playing poker...
my access is blocked to those sites

LOL @ you making it sound like you've got some incredible power over people to make them pay for something. If that illusion makes you feel better about working an entry level job, then so be it. I worked many entry level jobs when I was younger, its just the way the world goes. Most 18 or 19 year olds do because they lack the experience and skills. Just accept it as a part of life rather than going on some illusionary power trip that you can suddenly make people pay flood insurance.

Look, you have a supervisor and he's got u by the balls. It's the way a bureaucracy works. It's his job to make sure that you are doing your job, being productive and following protocols. Now if he isn't following his protocols or doing his job, well that the job of his superior. But just because you can't do something does not mean your supervisor can't do it. That is for his supervisor to determine.

I'm guessing that you are very young and you're a little wet behind the years but this is basic stuff and how the world works. I'm sitting in my office on LP.net while my employees are washing dishes, bussing tables, peeling potatoes, etc. They can't use the internet on the POS comp but I can sit in my office surfing the net and playing poker. They might say it's not fair, well life isn't fair. I'm the fucking boss.
