I just cant seem to beat it! Everything goes ok, i'm winning 10++BB, get sucked out few times and back to zero...

I'm playing underrolled (got $10 lol), usually 4tables with 100 big blinds buy in (max is 250BB - $5)

this is a super-fast call, right? Villian is 36/18/3.2

Yeah, as played Hand 2 is a fold, both straight and flush completed. You only beat 88,99,TT and I don't see any of those shoving this turn.

You need to get them to put the money in on a draw, not once the draw has hit. If you've got the best hand you need to raise it hard and keep raising so even if it eventually hits and you stack off you got the money in ahead.
