Oh well it happened, I lost it all. Spew FTW! I tried to work really hard and play focused then quit, but then the bad beat came, then tilt and spew. I don't know what I'm gonna do next, I haven't had a smile on my face for weeks. I'm pretty pissed at everyone for little to no reason and all I can think about now is doing drugs or gambling the rest of my roll (which I'm not gonna do, but the thought is here).

Huh ? What about no drugs and no gambols ? Try something else, play wow, starcraft ums, dota, or sports... There's plenty a lot of things to do. Even cleaning your house why not ? |

taking drugs is fine as long as youre taking drugs and enjoying your time on drugs, but not just taking drugs because youre depressed, that wont help

I think you should take some time off to unwind a little bit, also you should take up Omaha at smaller stakes. Playing a few different games helps you get perspective on all of the games and you'll find it more enjoyable than the constant grind of a single game like NLH. |

How often to you exercise. This is a serious quesiton. Physical activity is just as important as mental. Poker players who sit at their computers all the time can be hurting themselves. |

Drugs just a way of clearing my mind... and I go the gym 2 time a week and go walk during an hours or more every day.
