yeah, its basically rarely a bluff. so it comes down to what hand ranges he considers the nuts  .
it's pretty tough, he has to either slowplay a set, hit the straight, or have a worse 2p which the only one really making sense is KT. |

if hes making a light calldown, its cause he puts you on AK therefore if he has a hand like KT/KJ he will (or should) CR river, I think this is AQ/Q9 far more often than anything else. If he thinks QK is the nuts in a river like tis, then hes prorably aggresive enough to get it in on the flop rather than wait
