NL 50 has been crushing me for the last few days. Started the 4th of october spewing quite a bit which I definitely regret now because of the downswing. what do u do for spew/tilt control?

I know how it is, it's obnoxious to run so terrible and realize your opponents are huge fish while everyone's telling you it's impossible to lose ever at microstakes. Then again I'm only down about 8 bis over 20k hands(about even after RB), looks like you got some real sick coolerage going here. Keep at it and it'll get better! Gl at the tables. |

This can be so badly tilt inducing. When you hear remember the nl400 reg (whos nick I cant recall now) who had to cashout a lot and started again from nl25, he had like -10 buyins downswing there.

I take a break and by next day the tilt is gone (this can take sick discipline tho, and I often dont have it). Playing something else like sc wc or chess is good too (tho chess can make you tilt like no other game). |
