Blog's seem messed up and vids aren't working at all, sry TT)
I'll probably add more to this post later today but for now I just gotta share this vid addressing all this BS "Obama is a terrorist!" shit going on the last few days thanks to McPalin encouraging it as much as possible. So disgusting.
<iframe height="339" width="425" src="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22425001/vp/27057346#27057346" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Here's some more interesting stuff for today, most disturbingly the sick fucks who are calling Obama a terrorist:
+ Show Spoiler +
| McCain was speaking today in New Mexico, doing his usual personal attack on Barack Obama, as the stock market plummeted (you can see the ticker next to McCain on the screen, an apt reminder of what McCain and his fellow Republicans represent), and McCain asked the crowd "who is Barack Obama?" Immediately you hear someone yell "terrorist." McCain pauses, the audience laughs, and McCain continues on, not acknowledging, not chastising, not correcting. Oh, but McCain does say in the next sentence that he's upset about all the "angry barrage of insults." |
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/RvXf9AUHTqM&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/RvXf9AUHTqM&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
And it happened at a Palin rally too:
+ Show Spoiler +
| The Washington Post reports on a similar moment at a Palin rally today:
"Now it turns out, one of his earliest supporters is a man named Bill Ayers," Palin said.
"Boooo!" said the crowd.
"And, according to the New York Times, he was a domestic terrorist and part of a group that, quote, 'launched a campaign of bombings that would target the Pentagon and our U.S. Capitol,'" she continued.
"Boooo!" the crowd repeated.
Story continues below
"Kill him!" proposed one man in the audience. |
And it's spilling over into racial slurs against the press:
+ Show Spoiler +
| And Dana Milbank highlights another incident from Tuesday:
Worse, Palin's routine attacks on the media have begun to spill into ugliness. In Clearwater, arriving reporters were greeted with shouts and taunts by the crowd of about 3,000. Palin then went on to blame Katie Couric's questions for her "less-than-successful interview with kinda mainstream media." At that, Palin supporters turned on reporters in the press area, waving thunder sticks and shouting abuse. Others hurled obscenities at a camera crew. One Palin supporter shouted a racial epithet at an African American sound man for a network and told him, "Sit down, boy." |
Funny look inside a Palin debate watch party/rally where they laughed at Biden's emotional moment.
+ Show Spoiler +
| American News Project went inside a pro-Palin rally set up by the McCain campaign to watch the vice presidential debate, where supporters booed moderator Gwen Ifill and laughed when Sen. Joe Biden got choked up talking about his first wife and daughter's deaths. Watch: |

Overall it's getting dirty, nasty, sick, disgusting and vile and that's what McPalin wants, cause it's their only shot. Pretty fucked up.

Obama is slated to win big time at the moment, actually.
Anyway, this is really a sad last ditch effort by the McCain camp. It is really pretty disgusting to support such slander against a POTUS nominee.
It works though, and that's the neocon way.
I think we'll still be getting Obama come November though. Thankfully. |

If you look at my previous blog post about the electoral map, you'll see that Obama is on course to a landslide victory. That's why McCain has pulled out all the stops and is throwing the kitchen sink at him now, cause he knows he's going to lose and he's desperate. It's really sad, pathetic and painful to watch.
I dunno if this strategy will work for McCain - I've never seen anyone go this nasty before, and maybe it will work, or maybe it will backfire. I am worried that it will tighten the race up a bit, though I don't think it will win it for him. I really don't want to do another 30 days of this shit though. I really wish we could hold the election like on Friday and just get it over with. |

i think i'm just gonna edit my post here to say that i think that the romans just consulted the entrails of chickens or in order to make their government's decisions and that i'm entirely in favor of that. the romans had a pretty good run, and i think the quality-control in a chicken's liver is probably about as good as the american democratic system.
let's just save lots of money that the government wastes and that elections waste and do this two-face style
