I agreed with him wholeheartedly and though he started with a death threat to my candidate, we ended as friends.

I think alot of people, and yourself included k2o4 should be ashamed at how you handled yourself during this campaign. Personally attacking people's character and not focusing on actual issues was way too commonplace. It was moreso by the GOP but still way too prevalent in blogs such as yours. Pretty depressing and disgusting, actually. Just because they did it didnt make it ok. Obama didnt do it, and seeing people claiming to fly under his banner conducting themselves as such was just pitiful




That said, I'm so glad obama won and will personally cherish filling in that oval for my whole life. Should be a great 4(8) years.

Last night, I went to a bar to hang out with a few friends. EVERYBODY was focused on the speech, including the bartenders. As Obama was giving his speech, a number of people at the bar applauded him and even said "Yes we can!" I was floored to see this much support for Obama and his campaign of change. If there's anything that moved me about this presidential election, it's the fact that 40 years after Jim Crow laws, we will have, for the first time, a minority as the President of the US.

I prefer the original ending to return of the jedi... the ewok song is much more fitting of the end of the W era..

I'm pretty happy with how I handled myself. I always took the time to listen to other peoples opinions no matter how much I disagreed. How many times did you post in here bitching at me and we found a way to see some common ground? And think that where I went after character was mostly in regards to palin, but part of that was cause she was doing such stupid shit that it made for hilarious videos / reading, and also cause she was running on her personality.

I dunno, I held back posting so much shit in this blog that I saw the ultra left wing throwing out there. And despite some people making really idiotic comments or being douchebags here in my blog, I never banned em from it or anything like that. I really feel like this blog allowed me to have some interesting conversations with people who disagree with me, and also was a fun spot for like minded people to have a good laugh or share stories. So I'm really happy about how I've acted.
