wtf, 4ghz and barely running cs ? Even with 1,4 ghz i could run it more than fine... Something is wrong with your setup (Yeah i mean cs:s obv).
Nowadays i'd say there are 3 things you can definitely buy over the average price : Ram, video card and hard drive.
Oh and if you don't want vista to get 2 times more ram usage than xp you know what to do..
I've vista on my laptop but didn't wait to install XP. More ram for playing is thx.
