Three questions:

1. I heard that buying CR/Stox memberships from the store doesn't cut into your MGR (for rakeback), is this true? If so are there any other items like this?

2. I should be getting a year-end Ironman Bonus, if I clear that in January it should cut deeply into MGR. If so, should I then spend all my FTP points possible that month? Does a negative MGR carry over, or do I reset at 0 in february?

3. Also what do you guys spend your Ironman medals on... I can hit gold some months, but Iron is out of my reach (lol traditional employment). Any suggestions?

Monthly gross rake, it's what you get 27% of back (it's the rake that is paid at tables where you are dealt hands/number of players at the table, I think)

I don't think buying CR/Stox memberships from the store doesn't cut into your MGR, everything you do with your FTPs is deducted from your rakeback I THINK

Also I didn't even knew the Iron man bonus cuts into your MGR? God that sucks if so... I cleared my midyear iron man bonus in august and cant remember it affected my rakeback. Also I 'heard' spending all your points in one month will give you a negative start for rakeback the next month, and the next month etc if you didn't create enough rake, it's just being carried over

Most of my medals I spend on $26-$75 tokens..

I might be totally wrong in some cases..
