I've been playing a decent amount of hands this days and this is how I'm doing so far:
(Any thoughts on the red line ?)
I'll try to play a lot more this week and try to get passed NL2 and move to NL10 FR, my other goal is to be at least halfway through NL10 by the end of December and i think that's not an unrealistic scenario unless i hit some sort of downswing.
Also I'm not posting hands anymore, to be honest i don't see the point in posting NL2 hands everything is standard and most of the play happens PF and Flop, I'm just following some basic guidelines I've set for myself.
Never fold (AA KK AK) PF only consider fold (AK KK) if 150BB+ deep.
Play overpairs and TPTK very strongly people pay off a lot with shitty kickers.
Always cbet IP and only OOP in good spots, also only fire a second bullet with some sort of draw people, in this limits will not fold their top flop pair if you raised them PF this becomes very exploitable with overpairs and most important NEVER fire a third bullet it's just spewing.
There are of course exceptions to this rules but they are few and far between in this limit.

don't cbet IP every time - just do it on every good board. OOP do it on most good boards, but not every.
And I'm not sure I understand what your plan is in terms of double barrels - only do it while drawing? I guess you mean that never cold bluff double barrel, only DB with outs. that's not bad but overall I'd say just check and take the free card since they will give it to u so often, especially IP. I'd pretty much just never DB bluff or semi-bluff @ NL2. |

don't worry about this until around nl100, imo. microstakes are all about valuebetting, not pushing people off hands. unless it starts plummeting and hurting your winrate badly, don't give it too much thought. |

Thanks for the advice.
My thoughts on DB are this ie. utg+2 limps I'm on CO with AK and pop it to 0.1 (5bb) board comes 3 5 10 rainbown, he checks i fire Cbet he calls, turn comes J or Q giving me a gutshot draw, i usually fire DB here, from the little experience I've had i came to the conclusion that people on this stakes don't ever read overpair they might even consider but they don't want to believe, on the otherside when an overcard in this case J Q hits and you fire they might fold putting you on AJ/AQ.
Other scenario is backdoor FD but this happens less often and in this case i rather take the free card because it's very likely they are calling with no overcards on the board. |

It's NL2 - a J or Q comes and all they're thinking about is "I have a pair I call till river" or "I have air I call to river"
=)
seriously, don't overthink it. The fancier you get on NL2 the more you spew. |
