I think you can clearly see by my HH I'm not doing great....

result : -4.5k today...

so I have like 5.5k left of my roll... its pretty fucking depressing I just got so much destroyed. I don't quite see how I'm gonna be able to rebuild this lol, as every fucking attempt turned out into more destruction.

That's what happens when you consider every TP+ as nuts.

It's a bit of my fault for not quitting indeed, I don't consider ever TP+ as nut

bankroll management is 50% of winning poker... part of it is having greater than 20 buy-ins, but other key parts are stopplosses and moving down...

Looks like tought times, so take a little break imo and try to enjoy life away from the poker tables. Don't let poker life tilt you. Try to keep things in perspective, you are alive, you have your health, you made 100K in one year, etc. You'll be alright. GL

dunno if it was just bad luck, I think of it that way, but other player are better placed to tell me

You should have already moved down to NL200 so get down there asap. If things go badly there then go to NL100 QUICK! Moving down fast is important. Don't let your ego get in the way. As long as you keep moving down fast you'll never go broke, plus if you move down fast you lose less and when things start going well you can get back to your regular limit way faster.

This is exactly the reason why moving down is so hard. You have to psychologically readjust yourself as an NL 200 player and not an NL 400 player. Also you won't see gains as impressive, as you will still think how stuck you are. Try to make tomorrow a fresh start as a NL 200 player and count profits starting from then. GL.

focus on winrates, not profits

Poker is fun.

No offense, but you only have yourself to blame. You should have moved down as a couple of people already mentioned, and you probably dont play as good as you used to. Results can easily affect ur game.

how can you loose half of your bankroll in one day, you really need to consider bankrollmanagement.

at this point - where im mentally broken - i drop down. i'm always surprised how much faster rebuilding goes when i'm actually winning.
